This is a corpus from a Spanish-speaking deaf child with the pseudonym “Berta” who is using cued speech. Berta was born on 12-JUN-2003. The corpus includes coding of gestures on the the %gpx tier as either iconic, deictic, conventional, or ritual. There are 159 files recorded at regular intervals from the age of 1;6 after cochlear implantation to 5.5. Apart from being deaf, the child was also later diagnosed as ADHD. The tapes were transcribed by Rafael Santana, Ignacio Moreno-Torres, and Santiago Torres.
